The Facilities Manager plays a vital role in supporting North Range Behavioral Health’s mission by ensuring our facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming spaces for the individuals, families, and communities we serve throughout Weld County. This role provides hands-on leadership to maintenance and janitorial staff setting daily priorities, guiding work processes, and fostering a collaborative, service-oriented team environment. As a working manager, the Facilities Manager actively participates in both skilled and semi-skilled building trades, performing repairs, maintenance, and construction projects across North Range Behavioral Health facilities. This position is responsible for maintaining buildings, equipment, and grounds, as well as installing and supporting key facility systems such as security, climate control, and other infrastructure essential to safe and effective care delivery. Through proactive maintenance, problem-solving, and team leadership, the Facilities Manager helps create reliable, well maintained environment that allows staff to focus on what matters most- provide quality behavioral health services to our community.
