About The Position

The Facilities Management Intern will support the Inspire Brands Facilities team in maintaining and optimizing the operations of the Atlanta Global Support Center. This role provides an opportunity to learn about the management of large-scale facilities, sustainability initiatives, vendor relations, and project management in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in facilities management and sustainability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Facilities Operations: Assist in day-to-day operations, including managing work orders, tracking maintenance schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Project Support: Collaborate on facilities improvement projects, such as office space planning, renovations, and equipment upgrades.
  • Vendor Management: Support the coordination of service providers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to energy usage, building performance, and operational costs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Contribute to projects focused on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and other environmentally sustainable practices.
