The Facilities Management Analyst will actively manage and improve programs to deliver optimal expense and service level deliverables for Inspire Company Owned Restaurants (ICR). Requirements

  • 2 year / associate degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in retail/restaurant facilities management with an emphasis on program management, preventative maintenance programs
  • Understanding of retail/restaurant facilities assets and systems.
  • Must demonstrate experience working with a facilities management work order system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and positive customer service orientation
  • Ability to define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders across the organization
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day facilities management for assigned trade categories across ICR portfolio.
  • Utilize facilities asset management platform to manage work orders and proposals.
  • Ensure issues are mitigated within established levels of service and compliant with brand standards.
  • Accountable to specific metrics for controlling costs, ensuring timely completion of work and exceptional customer service.
  • Vendor Management – Ensure vendors are assigned to the right trades, are performing within our SLA’s and source vendors where gaps in service are identified to improve service for the Operations teams.
  • Constantly seek opportunities to drive continuous improvements in Facilities Programs, processes and support of Operations.
  • Leverage reporting to evaluate trends in spend, vendor performance, behavior/training opportunities and other general areas of opportunity.
  • Support Facilities escalations process to assist with emergencies and critical outages.
