About The Position

OSG is looking for a Facilities Maintenance associate to work onsite at our Carol Stream, IL location. Our Facilities Maintenance, associate would be required to have: Previous janitorial or custodial experience Basic knowledge of plumbing repairs and maintenance Basic electrical knowledge HVAC Knowledge is a plus Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety Follow safety procedures and report hazards or unsafe conditions Ensure all cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained Assist with basic maintenance (changing light bulbs, minor wall repairs, etc.) Work with other facilities staff, contractors, and vendors. Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. The position is Monday through Friday and would be required to work 4 hours on Saturdays. The ability to work overtime when required is a must.

Requirements

Previous janitorial or custodial experience
Basic knowledge of plumbing repairs and maintenance
Basic electrical knowledge
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
