About The Position

The Facilities Maintenance supports the maintenance and repair of a company's buildings, facilities, and equipment. This role is essential for ensuring that the facility operates efficiently and safely. The helper assists skilled maintenance workers with various tasks, including routine inspections, minor repairs, and general upkeep.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Employees must be capable of performing skilled labor for up to 8 hours a day.
• Must be dependable and operate with a high level of integrity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a post-offer / pre-placement drug screen and job-related employment physicals.
• Must also submit to a post-offer / pre-employment background check that verifies criminal history.

Nice To Haves

• Previous facilities maintenance experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks.
• Must be able to follow instructions correctly.
• Must be willing and able to follow all instructed safety regulations.
• Must be able to make it to work on time and work the designated schedule and any overtime as needed with the proper notification.
• Cleaning Facilities
• Sweeping / Shoveling
• Assisting other employees as needed
• Identify tools required for tasks
• Must be able to meet all physical requirements
