About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and keep our buildings, grounds, and equipment in top shape. What You’ll Do: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility equipment Troubleshoot issues and support emergency repairs across departments Maintain clean, safe, and stocked workspaces including restrooms and break rooms Operate hand and power tools, lifts, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively Support preventive maintenance programs and assist with special projects Communicate with supervisors and team leads to prioritize tasks and report issues If you're a problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a knack for keeping things running, we’d love to have you on our team.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics.
  • Demonstrates ability to troubleshoot and problem solve numerous varieties of facilities issues.
  • Previous experience with hand and power tools required. Will use a combination of self-owned tools and company supplied.
  • Must be highly motivated, self-directed and able to work independently.
  • Must be able to perform math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions.
  • Able to accurately measure using a tape measure or other measuring equipment.
  • Previous experience in building construction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The position requires the ability to team-lift, load and carry items weighing up to 150 pounds.
