Requirements

Must be able to perform physical tasks with some ladder work
Maintenance experience is preferred
A positive attitude with excellent communications skills
Strong work ethic
Neat Appearance
Must be able to lift 50 Lbs.
Must complete a pre-employment background screening that includes a background check and drug screen
Drivers License is required

Responsibilities

Manage and Coordinate facility maintenance and minor repairs
Minor electrical tasks
Minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
Minor A/C tasks
Painting
Some equipment repairs
Grounds maintenance
Other tasks as assigned by Management
