Requirements

Ability to work Monday-Friday day shift, 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Working knowledge of auxiliary industrial support equipment, i.e., chillers, compressors, water towers, air dryers, pumps, etc...
Minimum of 5 years of mechanical troubleshooting, including hydraulics and pneumatics systems
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
Ability to interpret technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, schematics

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree &/or technical certifications are preferred.
Fabrication experience is a plus
PLC knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs on the facility's auxiliary equipment, such as chillers, compressors, pumps, water towers, air dryers, transformers, etc.
Monitor the fire systems, facilities access systems, and emergency lighting systems (monitoring, inspecting, testing)
Perform general grounds maintenance
Participate in installation projects and/or modifications.
