Respond promptly to internal requests and be available for emergency maintenance, repairs, or snow removal as needed. Operate vehicles and equipment such as forklifts and aerial work platforms. Perform general building maintenance, including painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry, HVAC, and mechanical work. Handle custodial tasks and maintain janitorial supply inventory. Maintain tools and equipment; use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. Move, assemble, disassemble, and store office furniture and equipment. Assist the Fleet Coordinator with vehicle service and repairs; must hold a valid driver’s license in good standing. Support internal customers and manage Occupancy Help Desk requests. Read and work from plans, drawings, and blueprints. Perform additional duties as needed, such as mail pick‑up, fuel tank inspections and readings, and restroom maintenance.
