About The Position

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and upkeep of multiple Earthborne facilities throughout the Bucks County area. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for ensuring our buildings, systems, and grounds remain safe, functional, and operating at peak performance. This role is ideal for a skilled technician with strong commercial HVAC experience , solid general maintenance capabilities, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites. You will be a key contributor in minimizing downtime, supporting operations, and maintaining the professional appearance and safety of our facilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or commercial service work
• Hands-on Commercial HVAC experience , including installation, maintenance, and repair
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across mechanical and building systems
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documentation
• Familiarity with refrigeration cycles, pressure/temperature diagnostics, and system performance
• Understanding of applicable building, mechanical, and electrical codes
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time across multiple locations
• Comfortable using digital tools, work orders, and mobile devices
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
• Candidates must have hands-on experience with:
• Removing and installing commercial HVAC systems and components
• Performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Diagnosing system failures and performance issues
• Running and repairing duct-work and piping
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and control schematics
• Understanding refrigerants, airflow, pressure, and temperature data
• Ensuring compliance with local HVAC and safety codes

Nice To Haves

• Experience with commercial roofing systems
• Experience maintaining large commercial or industrial buildings
• Commercial electrical experience (panels, circuits, lighting, controls)
• Experience working in multi-site or campus-style environments

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance across multiple facilities
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems , including rooftop units and building systems
• Conduct building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, floors, and general repairs
• Respond to maintenance requests and facility issues in a timely, professional manner
• Perform inspections to identify potential issues before they impact operations
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, OSHA requirements, and local codes
• Support facility projects such as renovations, equipment installs, and seasonal preparations
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and documentation
• Travel between locations as needed to support operational needs
