About The Position

This hands-on position is expected to perform some light repair and maintenance work. Also responsible for support services activities in the building including.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Maintenance ability to do light repairs
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills

• Strong time management skills

• Excellent Follow-up skills.
• Internal customer service skills to support a dynamic environment.
• Skilled communicator with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
• Effective working relationships with facility users, tenants, vendors, and staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and removes equipment and utilities within the facilities as required.
• Keeps management informed of the physical, mechanical, and operating conditions of the Forum and related facilities.
• Assist Hospitality in coordinating set-up requirements for users of Forum facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Superintendent
