About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Facilities Maintenance Technicians for projects located in Fort Belvoir, VA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $37/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Assist with a hospital-wide equipment inventory and preventive maintenance assessment project Identify and log various HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment into the RIES system Inspect and document equipment conditions and operational status Record findings and assist in developing preventive maintenance schedules Support facility staff with tagging, organizing, and verifying asset data Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience identifying and inspecting HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer/data entry skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Must pass background check
Responsibilities
- Assist with a hospital-wide equipment inventory and preventive maintenance assessment project
