About The Position

Maintain facilities – Buildings, Aux. Equipment, and grounds.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to use basic hand tools & follow safety procedures
• Excellent problem solving and time management
• Ability to read and comprehend basic English
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment
• Must be able to operate forklifts, aerial lifts, cranes and maintenance type vehicles.
• Ability to oversee contractors
• Computer skills
• Basic mechanical or building repair aptitude
• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent
• Able to work in high places with aerial lifts and ladders
• Able to lift heavy objects
• Able to sit, bend, kneel, stand and walk.
• Able to work in extreme heat and cold.
• Willingness to learn and work to be the best of his/her abilities as well to help the Kobe Team to grow from your experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic repairs such as replacing light bulbs, changing filters, or patching minor wall damage.
• Perform routine inspections of building systems and grounds
• Support cleaning, groundskeeping, and basic equipment maintenance tasks
• Maintain organized work areas and follow safety protocols
• Report facility issues to supervisors in a timely manner
