The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks for Pearl Health Clinic, Pearl Supportive Living, and Pearl Properties. This involves tasks in one or more fields such as carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and plumbing. The position is part-time, nonexempt, and hourly, reporting to the Facilities Manager.
