Requirements

Possess outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple sites and projects.
High School Diploma/GED and five plus years of general maintenance experience or a combination of experience and education.
Basic computer knowledge including CMMS work order systems and email.
Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
Personal hand tools.
Valid Driver's License and ability to drive company vehicle (minimal points on license).
Ability to pass both background checks and drug test.

Nice To Haves

Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred, especially HVAC, Carpentry, or Electrical.

Responsibilities

Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
Perform general repairs and troubleshooting of the facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.
Minor HVAC PMs; replace filters.
Replace door locks and hardware.
Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
Oversee sub-contractor activity, building audits, and PMs.
Small project work.
Utilize CMMS work order system.
Additional duties as assigned.
