We are seeking a "HANDS-ON" Facilities Maintenance Technician (temporary) who will take pride in maintaining the club facilities in 'like new' condition. How do our technicians practice Model Operations?

Responsibilities

  • Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs or other drainage problems
  • Ability to have a diverse mix of both hard and soft skills, particularly manual labor
  • Assist in providing day-to-day maintenance responsibilities under the direction of the Facilities Manager
  • Electrical wiring capabilities to manage problems with the building’s electricity
  • Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the building
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with team members and the members in a pleasant manner
  • Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked
  • Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Proper use and knowledge of various types of tools and equipment used in facilities maintenance and repairs.
  • Must maintain a clean and appearance and professional demeanor.
