About The Position

The Outdoor Venue Team Member supports daily operations and maintenance of the sports facility, ensuring all fields and grounds are kept safe, clean, and ready for practices, games, and events. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working both independently and part of a team to keep the facility running smoothly.

Requirements

• Must be able to work weekdays, some weekends, and Holidays may be needed on occasion
• Must have a valid Georgia Driver’s License
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and operate small machinery safely
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Basic knowledge of field or facility maintenance preferred

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in general labor, landscaping, or athletics is preferred.
• Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task projects in varying priorities
• Have strong problem-solving abilities with quick decision making
• Ability to work independently while exercising good judgment
• Maintain a positive customer service mindset during events, particularly under stressful conditions

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain baseball and Multi-Purpose fields for practices and games
• Perform repairs as needed
• Assist in the setting up and breakdown of fields and equipment for events
• Inspect the facility for safety and cleanliness, report maintenance needs in a timely manner
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment
