About The Position

This position reports to the Project Manager and has the primary responsibility of coordinating, scheduling, and implementing facility maintenance related tasks at the Denver FAA ToC facility. These tasks include but are not limited to painting, minor electrical, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, furniture moves, repairs, and select preventative maintenance tasks related to air filtration, fire safety systems, entryways, etc. ServiceSource is an organization of talented people who drive innovation, embrace change, and strengthen communities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general educational development (GED) required.
  • 3 years of Facility Maintenance experience required.
  • Understanding of Fire Safety systems.
  • Understanding of facility Security systems.
  • Familiarity with power tools/hand tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • IFMA-certified preferred.
  • HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and carpet replacement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary drains, storm drains, and utility systems are operated in accordance with current energy conservation requirements.
  • Maintain maintenance logs and report to Project manager with maintenance findings.
  • Report all elevator, security, fire alarm system malfunctions to Project Manager/COR with each occurrence.
  • Maintain and track service call logs for daily service requirements/requests.
  • Maintain company and customer inventory related to facility maintenance requirements. This includes but is not limited to tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Respond to emergency service requests related to facility maintenance needs in accordance with work related to repairs, maintenance, and special requests.
  • Complete Preventative Maintenance inspections on a routine basis with tracked data and responses.
  • Manage facility repairs including but not limited to: water leaks, roof leaks, inoperative hose bibs/faucets, drain stoppages, inoperative electrical outlets, light switches, lights and other items as deemed necessary by the COR.
  • Coordinate scheduling on daily/weekly/monthly basis with Project Manager.
  • Manage direct report staff and coordinate schedule for 12-hour period of coverage related to facility maintenance needs with a direct report facility maintenance worker.
  • Maintain records of subcontracted work.
  • Maintain open communication with Project manager/contract point of contact related to scheduling of disruptive work.
  • Maintain Work Order request management and tracking.
  • Supervise staff supporting the site.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
