The Data Center Scheduler/Planner partners with operations teams to ensure seamless facility operations through strategic maintenance scheduling, comprehensive asset management, and robust document control processes. You'll drive operational excellence by developing maintenance programs, managing equipment lifecycles, and optimizing performance across mission-critical data center environments while supporting regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop comprehensive maintenance plans for assigned data centers and campus facilities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Collaborate with operational and technical teams to plan and schedule preventative and corrective work throughout the campus
  • Monitor maintenance schedules for adherence to compliance windows and regulatory requirements
  • Leverage performance metrics to identify trends and improve equipment efficiency, reliability, and scalability
  • Manage assets through complete lifecycle and maintain master data by working with engineering and logistics teams
  • Define critical spare parts requirements and establish inventory min/max volumes
  • Provide training and maintain data integrity in CMMS systems
  • Support regulatory audits conducted by outside agencies including SOX and ISO compliance
  • Train construction trade partners on asset tagging and equipment attribute collection policies
  • Interface with global teams on predictive maintenance programs and CMMS tool updates
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience scheduling and planning maintenance for large-scale, complex systems
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and life safety monitoring and control systems
  • Experience in program development, management, and execution
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence teams to execute coordinated plans and activities
  • Strong document interpretation skills including safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and extended shifts
  • Physical capability to walk large campus environments and work at computers for extended periods
  • 3+ years of experience in critical operations environments
  • Experience with Corrigo CMMS platform
  • MCIM or Salesforce experience
  • Zendesk ticketing system experience
  • ServiceNow platform experience
