About The Position

We are a growing automotive repair company looking for a skilled, dependable, and adaptable Facilities Maintenance & Renovation Technician to help maintain, repair, and improve our shop locations. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in fixing, building, and improving things . Requirements

Strong handyman / maintenance background
Mechanically and technically inclined
Ability to learn quickly and adapt
Comfortable using tools, power equipment, and troubleshooting issues
Self-motivated and dependable — you don’t need to be micromanaged
Able to work independently and manage tasks across multiple locations
Valid driver’s license (travel between locations required)

Nice To Haves

Experience with automotive shop equipment or lifts
Electrical, plumbing, or HVAC exposure
Construction, remodeling, or facilities maintenance experience
Welding or fabrication skills

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple automotive repair shops
Maintain and repair vehicle lifts (training provided if needed)
Handle general building maintenance (walls, doors, flooring, fixtures, lighting, plumbing, etc.)
Paint and renovate shop interiors and exteriors as needed
Repair deficiencies identified during inspections or day-to-day operations
Assist with minor remodels and renovations
Coordinate with management on priorities and timelines
Ensure shops remain safe, clean, functional, and professional
