Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
5–10 years of experience in facilities maintenance (required)
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry (required)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills (required)
Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions (required)
U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) (required)

Responsibilities

Perform general repair and maintenance of building and grounds
Manage preventive maintenance schedules and daily facility requests
Assist with planning and construction projects, including partition walls and layout changes
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, hardware, and paint
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT safety regulations
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with all departments
Work safely with chemicals, tools, and equipment in varied environments
