Requirements
- 3 of the most recent 5 years' experience performing at least one craft/trade in one of the following:
- Carpentry
- Refrigeration/air conditioning
- Electrical or Mechanical maintenance
- Certification in a craft/trade
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of multiple trades
- Experience with leading a group of maintenance technicians
- Experience with Infirmary Health facilities
Responsibilities
- Develops, coordinates, assigns and manages efficient and cost-effective facility maintenance activities for assigned outlying facilities that meet or exceed Infirmary Health's standards of quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes.
