About The Position

Manage the daily maintenance requirements for all of Founders facilities including the buildings and grounds, and other special maintenance duties as assigned. Ensure all facilities in a safe, secure, and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Individual must have a high school education.
  • No less than five years of experience in the building maintenance field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with contacts within and outside the Credit Union.
  • Must perform duties in a timely and professional manner, as well as make independent and good judgement decisions within proper policy and procedures.
  • Must be highly motivated and be able to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly inspect the Corporate Office daily to identify any maintenance issues.
  • If needed, report maintenance issues via ServiceNow requests to the Credit Union’s facilities maintenance vendor and follow up to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Corporate Office maintenance responsibilities include but are not limited to the inspection of carpet, tile, cabinetry, countertops, elevators, painting, electrical, lighting, plumbing, landscaping, janitorial, appliances, furniture, building sprinkler system, and fire extinguishers.
  • Make minor repairs at the Corporate Office as needed.
  • Responsible for scheduling the maintenance of all vehicles owned by the Credit Union as needed.
  • Refuel all vehicles on a weekly basis or as needed.
  • Have all vehicles washed and cleaned on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Assist Corporate Office departments with special requests for relocating employees.
  • Assist with Training Room and Family Room setups for special events as needed.
  • Install sit-stand desks as requested at the Corporate Office.
  • Monitor HVAC systems at all facilities and make temperature adjustments as needed.
  • Assist Marketing Department with special events at various locations.
  • Process ServiceNow requests for all maintenance issues for all facilities.
  • Work with maintenance vendors to complete ServiceNow requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist Office Services team with new branch openings.
  • Must be flexible to travel to branches on short notice or be available to work after hours in emergency situations.
  • Comply with Founders’ policies and procedures, as well applicable laws, regulations, and statutes issued by federal agencies such as NCUA and FFIEC, including, but not limited to, GLB and BSA.

  • All other duties as assigned.
