About The Position

The Facilities Maintenance Laborer performs tasks which require mainly physical abilities and effort involving little or no specialized skills primarily in the HVAC Shop.

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent
• 1 year experience Trades fields
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Minor computer skills preferred.
• Ability to obtain an EPA license (For refrigerant issuing/receiving.)

Nice To Haves

• Minor computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• This Worker assists in general maintenance and minor repair tasks.
• Clean floors, walls and ceilings and picks up around the shop area walks, driveways, roads, or parking lots.
• Issue shop tools & refrigerant & track inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
