This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role for someone who takes pride in ownership-ensuring our location remains safe, functional, and professional, both inside the warehouse and across the grounds. What You'll Be Doing: Interior & Exterior Excellence Your day will be a mix of scheduled preventative maintenance and reactive repairs. You are the "first responder" for our facility's needs. Industrial & Building Systems Electrical & Mechanical: Perform light-duty electrical wiring and troubleshoot industrial equipment. You'll be the go-to for keeping our machinery and appliances operational. Plumbing: Handle general plumbing repairs as they arise to prevent facility downtime. General Repair: Manage daily building maintenance tasks, from fixing a door hinge to patching a wall-no job is too small to do right. Grounds & Property Stewardship Landscaping Support: Take ownership of the facility's first impression by mowing, trimming, edging, and garden upkeep. Safety & Compliance: Ensure the property is free of debris and that all work complies with OSHA and EPA regulations. You will maintain meticulous records as required by City, State, and Federal guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance and repairs is required.
  • Proficiency with hardware tools, power equipment, and a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 75 lbs. You should be comfortable working from standing, kneeling, sitting, or stooping positions for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to operate a forklift is a major advantage.
  • While primarily a daytime role, you should have the ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if an emergency facility need arises.
