Description: R&R Solutions is looking to hire an individual that is experienced in general maintenance. This position will also be responsible for concrete work along with building and grounds care as needed.

Requirements

Experience in concrete work required
Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment
Creative problem-solving, ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to transport, handle and/or lift up to75 lbs
Ability to work from standing, sitting, kneeling and stooping positions
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (if needed)
Ability to always maintain safety while on the job
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent required
Based on the above essential functions this job is considered to be a safety sensitive job function.

Nice To Haves

Ability to operate a forklift is preferred

Responsibilities

Concrete work- site preparation, design and build forms, rebar and reinforcement, mixing, pouring and placing, and finishing.
Construct and maintain various concrete structures, including floors, roads, ramps, driveways, patios, and sidewalks, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Complies with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
