About The Position

FACILITY MAINTENANCE AND CUSTODIAN - Part Time Litchfield Responsibilities Maintains comprehensive, overall cleanliness of all dealership facilities Sweeps, vacuums, mops, dusts and cleans surfaces and windows Thoroughly cleans restrooms and fills paper products Thoroughly cleans kitchen and break areas Empties trash throughout the dealership Maintains the lawn, lot, sidewalks, equipment displays and parking areas Moves snow from sidewalks Performs oil/filter changes, refueling and other basic maintenance on company equipment Coordinates required repairs for items that cannot be completed in house Services, assembles and replaces items like light bulbs, filters, fixtures and displays Accurately accounts for billable time and assigned work orders All other tasks as assigned by dealership management Dealership Standards Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion Maintains a clean, professional personal appearance Reports to work on time Employs good time-management skills and has the ability to work independently Demonstrates good work ethic Maintains positive, professional working relationships dealership wide Works cooperatively with co-workers and management Exhibits a constant commitment to customer service, promoting the dealership to customers Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments Experience and Qualifications 1+ years of cleaning and maintenance experience preferred Experience operating vehicles, tools and equipment for maintenance purposes Experience operating lawn mowing and trimming equipment Able to bend, lift and carry Routinely lifts items weighing up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds Experience with basic computer functions Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required This job description is meant to provide a general overview of the expected tasks for this position. Requirements

1+ years of cleaning and maintenance experience preferred
Experience operating vehicles, tools and equipment for maintenance purposes
Experience operating lawn mowing and trimming equipment
Able to bend, lift and carry
Routinely lifts items weighing up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds
Experience with basic computer functions
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required
