Requirements

Must be at a minimum, 18 years of age
Must have at least one year’s experience in manual labor
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of maintenance issues
Driver's License (Some driving Required)
Must be able to pass a drug screen (Drug Free Employer)

Responsibilities

Assist in a variety of tasks in regard to the upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing and carpentry
Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Help clean and maintain tools, machinery and other mechanical equipment
Assist with setting up and breakdown of events or special projects as needed
Perform all job functions with safety as a priority and buy-in our corporate philosophy of “NOBODY GETS HURT, PERIOD”.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
