About The Position
The Facilities Utility Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general upkeep of the building, including paint booths, shop areas, office spaces, and the surrounding grounds. This is a second shift position currently on 9 hours working Sunday – Thursday 3pm to 12:30 am
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on prep and paint booths
- Replace filters and perform light maintenance as needed
- Clean interior and exterior walls and floors of each booth
- Power wash floor grates
- Dust walls, doors, and surfaces
- Remove trash and recyclables
- Sweep and clean floors
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Mop and polish hard floors
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of common areas
- Remove snow, litter, and debris from sidewalks and parking areas as needed
- Empty and clean ash cans and outdoor waste containers
