About The Position

Ready to shape a high-performing maintenance program? Do you thrive on solving complex equipment and facility challenges? Can you balance immediate priorities with long-term engineering improvements? As our Facilities Engineering Maintenance Lead, you’ll coordinate building utilities, equipment upkeep, and building maintenance while ensuring safety, environmental, scope, cost, training, and quality goals are met. What will you do? How will you start the week? By aligning workload and priorities with Planners. Where will you spend strategic time? On long-range maintenance and engineering solutions, plus key projects. Who will you influence? Area Managers, as you partner on safety and infrastructure issues. What meetings matter? Manager, safety, maintenance, and management review sessions you attend and contribute to. What do you oversee? Maintenance/MRO purchasing and employee evaluations. Who will you collaborate with? Outside contractors and vendors you select and coordinate. Which initiatives will you drive? Short-term projects, machine upgrades, and continuous improvement with plant and corporate engineering. What else? Additional duties that safeguard reliability and efficiency. Why this role matters You’ll decide when external contractors are needed and ensure delivered work meets safety and environmental standards, defined scopes, and departmental performance targets. Your decisions keep operations effective and efficient.

Requirements

  • Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC expertise
  • Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC drawings
  • Leadership strength and a track record of team-based collaboration
  • Business acumen to make solid decisions based on company goals and conditions
  • Comfort juggling multiple projects at once
  • PC fluency: MP2, Excel, Word, Email, and Oracle
  • Analytical mindset; clear listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence interacting across all organizational levels
  • 5–8 years of industrial maintenance repair experience
  • Proficiency in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Facilities Maintenance Experience

Responsibilities
