In this role, you’ll lead maintenance excellence for plant utility systems, boost equipment uptime, and support a world‑class manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Experience with plant utility systems (chilled water, cooling towers, compressed air, specialty gases, HVAC/dehumidification).
  • Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment systems.
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and engage maintenance teams.
  • Excellent communication, data analysis, and decision‑making skills.
  • Proven success leading cross‑functional problem‑solving efforts.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years in foundry or manufacturing engineering (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead improvement initiatives that enhance production performance and reduce equipment failures.
  • Implement best practices to increase uptime and strengthen maintenance processes.
  • Troubleshoot unplanned downtime and support quick, effective root‑cause resolution.
  • Manage and advise on capital projects and facility upgrades.
  • Provide hands-on technical support to maintenance and operations teams.
  • Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with leaders and engineers on production optimization and scrap‑reduction efforts.
  • Provide 24/7 support as needed for critical equipment issues.
