Oversee, manage, and ensure proper staffing, safety, and maintenance of a multi-location luxury automotive dealership group. Develop, direct, and mentor a facilities team to establish efficient and preventative maintenance practices for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Work closely with department heads, providing clear and timely follow-up on repair tasks, preventative maintenance recommendations, and ongoing projects with minimal disruptions to dealership operations. Strong knowledge of facility engineering principles, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general construction. Solid work ethic with a focus on productivity, reliability, and safety. Requirements
