About The Position

The Facility Custodian is responsible to assist with general housekeeping and light maintenance of the work site and grounds. This includes cleaning/maintenance of the overall facility including restrooms, break rooms, and outside yard. Pay Range: $14.00-$16.00

Responsibilities

• Restroom maintenance and cleaning
• Keeping restrooms stocked with toilet tissue, soap dispensers filled, paper towels dispensers filled, and all other restroom products stocked
• Properly break down and dispose of cardboard including use of cardboard baler
• Empty all trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly
• Keep floors in clean condition to include mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and/or floor scrubber
• Dusting shelves, products, etc
• Replace light bulbs as necessary
• Possible lawn mowing/maintenance and snow removal
