Provide financial oversight for Facilities Construction spending, ensuring compliance with departmental and corporate requirements. Develop, manage, and maintain capital and expense budgets for construction projects using SAP, CALM, FMS, or other payment systems. Prepare monthly capital requirements, cash flow forecasts, GR plans, and scenario‑based financial analyses. Monitor project budgets for Basebuild and Fab expense programs, including monthly reviews, forecasts, and variance analysis. Identify, track, and report capital savings opportunities using market conditions, historical costs, and benchmarking data. Support scenario planning by estimating construction and tool installation costs and assessing financial impact. Establish financial milestones for major construction programs and track progress against plan. Prepare and deliver financial status reports and insights to Facilities and site leadership.
