Overview: Parttime role Job Description Summary: Oversees the maintenance of the physical infrastructure and equipment of facilities, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Job Description: Essential Functions: Maintains and oversees the upkeep of facilities and equipment, coordinating projects and teams as needed. Coordinates with vendors and contractors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance. Monitors and manages inventory of supplies and equipment. Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures, and of operating budgets regarding facilities and equipment. Conducts regular rounds to identify and address any potential hazards or regulatory compliance issues. Requirements

  • High School graduate, required.
  • Four years of experience in facility managementor related field, required.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project managementskills.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills.
  • Problem solving skills necessary to recommend and achieve solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related field, preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferred.
