Serves as the primary point of contact for site administrators, managing facility service requests from initiation through resolution. Coordinates with vendors and contractors to schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and oversee site renovations or construction projects. Supports the development and implementation of centralized facility plans to ensure sites remain safe, compliant, and operational, including providing input on related budgets. Collaborates with internal safety and risk teams on evacuation drills, inspections, and other facility-related initiatives. Starting Hiring Range: $27 - $30/hr. OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Provides facility support services to each Easterseals Southern California (ESSC) location. Acts as the point of contact for ESSC site administrators, handling service requests through resolution/completion. Coordinates with various vendors and contractors on activities such as scheduling of preventive maintenance, repairs, and oversight of site renovation and construction. Assists in the design and implementation of a centralized plan to keep ESSC sites in optimal operational and safe conditions; provides input on related budgets. Works collaboratively with internal safety and risk departments on evacuation drills, inspections, and on other facility related matters.
