Job Summary: This role provides support for a variety of facilities related tasks, such as mail and package distribution, room and catering setups for onsite meetings, facility ticketing processing, floor walks and maintenance, and other onsite facility operations responsibilities This role is required to be in office 5 days a week

Requirements

Two (2) to four (4) years of facilities experience
Demonstrable interpersonal and administrative skills
Experience and familiarity with space planning and facilities walkthroughs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to lift 40-50 lbs

Responsibilities

Daily facility floor walkthroughs to proactively test systems and submit maintenance requests or schedule service calls when needed.
Conference room resets verifying the room readiness conditions
Submit Facilities building tickets with property management and schedule vendor maintenance work
Re-stock office supplies and maintain equipment in designated areas
Ensure kitchen areas are organized and stocked with supplies
Sets up conference rooms, furniture, and catering for onsite meetings
Assists with employee events, coordinates deliveries, set-up, tear downs as necessary
Sort and deliver incoming packages
Coordinates employee and departmental office moves
Complete employee Facilities ticket requests
Provide in-office support for departments and EA’s
