Requirements

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
  • Experience in facilities coordination, planning, scheduling, operations support, or a related role.
  • Prior experience coordinating vendors and supporting onsite operations is strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in manufacturing, production, industrial, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with facilities management systems (CMMS).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor routine and preventive maintenance activities for buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Serve as point of contact for facilities-related requests and issues.
  • Track, prioritize, and follow up on work orders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain inventories of facilities-related assets, equipment, and supplies.
  • Support emergency response activities related to facilities issues.
  • Coordinate onsite activities of third-party vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure vendors comply with site policies, safety standards, and scope of work.
  • Assist with scheduling, access coordination, and work verification.
  • Support compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records related to maintenance activities, inspections, permits, and certifications.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and corrective action tracking.
