About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated building maintenance and operations coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our facility, ensuring its smooth operation, and safeguarding valuable items in transit. Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of facility operations and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Must have problem–solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Valid Driver’s license.
  • Individuals must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
  • Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds repeatedly on a daily basis.
  • Occasional local travel as needed.
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support for day-to-day building operations.
  • Perform routine building repair and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and functional environment.
  • Assist in departmental redesign projects, including the moving of furniture and equipment.
  • Help maintain inventory of facility supplies.
  • Provide security escort for construction contractors.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs or improvements.
  • Apply paint or other finishes to a variety of surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim, using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
