The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of office equipment, physical space for a building or group of buildings in a similar geographic area. As the Coordinator, you will handle building-equipment emergencies on an ongoing basis and serve as a liaison between company employees and outside contractors called in to fix problems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in facilities, project management or real estate prior preferred
Responsibilities
- Schedule preventative maintenance, respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in the creation of emergency preparedness plans
- Review furniture needs and ensures the office supply and kitchen areas are being stocked
- Work in an administrative assistant capacity in addition to maintenance coordination
- Manage local facilities programs
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
