The Facilities Coordinator provides assistance to the facility management team to ensure successful service delivery of the client facility needs. This role directly supports the facility management team with on-going facility and team related responsibilities. The coordinator provides general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of office/facility, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring timely and quality issue resolution and service delivery. They are responsible for responding to all facility inquiries and complaints, assessing problems, and taking necessary corrective action, while remaining knowledgeable regarding all operational aspects of building systems. The role involves coordinating with outside contractors for service and repairs, following maintenance and safety procedures, and maintaining communication with all parties involved.
