Pay Range: $26.00-$30.00/hour All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years or more of experience in an administrative position
  • 2 years or more of experience with inventory and vendor management
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year or more of experience related to facilities management
  • 6 months or more of experience related to facilities management in a laboratory or medical environment
  • 1 year or more of project management experience

Responsibilities

  • Assign tasks to workers, coordinate repairs with department supervisors and ensure completion of assigned work
  • Assist in Implementing CMMS asset management system and utilize to provide work and asset oversite
  • Communicate directly with staff, vendors and service providers
  • Schedule repairs and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Procure maintenance supplies as needed
  • Provide dept administrative assistance as needed
  • Work with EVS supervisors on cleaning schedules
  • Liaison between Manager and Contractors
  • Provide monthly reports as assigned
  • Maintain access badge system
  • Other duties as assigned
