Assignment: Link Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Key Responsibilities and duties: Provide support for the Facilities work order management system (EAMS) including the development of Not-To-Exceed Work Orders and gathering information with team resources to ensure completeness. Assist with work order analysis and reporting to help identify trends, performance insights, and areas for improvement. Organize and maintain project and asset information to ensure it remains accurate and up to date. Support efforts to ensure assets are effectively tracked, maintained, and incorporated into Facilities processes and systems. Provide administrative and scheduling support for the Facilities team as directed by leadership.
