Position Overview: The Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Operator will support a large academic facility in the Washington, DC . This individual will be responsible for managing the workflow of service requests, maintaining the CMMS, receiving service calls, dispatching technicians, administering daily work requests and preventive maintenance tasks, interfacing with customers, and generating daily reports. General administrative responsibilities include processing timesheets, creating work orders and purchase requests, ordering materials, processing invoices, and managing uniforms, company vehicles, and mobile devices.This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving operational efficiency, and improving service delivery outcomes.
