Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• High energy level and strong work ethic, with strong “can-do” demeanor
• This position is designated as "on-site" and requires the employee to be at the office site to complete the required tasks associated with the position.

Responsibilities

• WebTMA Management: Input, update, and maintain accurate and timely information in the WebTMA work order system.
• Data Management: Collect, organize, and input data into Google Sheets/Excel spreadsheets for analysis and reporting purposes. Generate reports from data sources to provide insights into departmental performance.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Sr Manager, Facility Operations, to ensure alignment with departmental goals and priorities. Collaborate with team members to enhance data accuracy and streamline processes.
• Cross-Functional Support: Participate in projects and initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration.
