About The Position

As a Facilities Attendant at OKIN, you play a crucial role in supporting the company's operations. Your responsibilities include ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our building. Your tasks will range from general cleaning to enforcing our policies in a light compliance role. We are looking for a candidate who takes pride in maintaining a beautiful, clean, and comfortable environment for all visitors, and can be flexible in job duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Janitorial or maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with common cleaning supplies and hand tools
• Physical stamina
• Ability to work outdoors
• Friendly demeanor

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, restrooms, parking lot, and other common areas
• Interior and exterior maintenance of the building
• Set up and/or take down offices, furniture, and displays
• Perform small repairs as needed
• Ensure company and client policies are followed
• CCTV monitoring
• Verify employee/visitor identification through badge inspection
• Communicate with the Facilities team to resolve any issues
