Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years in facilities maintenance, custodial, or hands-on role—manufacturing/warehouse experience welcome; cannabis knowledge a plus but not required
  • Active forklift certification (or quick willingness to obtain).
  • Detail-oriented self-starter who thrives independently or in teams, with strong organization, punctuality, and commitment to safety protocols.
  • Eagerness to learn SOPs, innovate solutions, and grow in a fast-scaling, regulated industry.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, reach, grasp, and stand/walk for shifts up to 10 hours
  • Solid vision, hearing, and dexterity for precise equipment handling and detailed tasks.
  • Comfortable in a manufacturing setting with noise, varying temperatures, and active operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with routine inspections, perform minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry), and execute preventive maintenance to ensure safe, compliant, high-uptime facilities
  • Proactively identify and implement ways to boost efficiency, cut downtime, and enhance workflows while maintaining top-tier cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, maintain accurate records, support facility projects/moves/setups, and ensure full compliance with state, federal, local, and cannabis-specific regulations.
  • Embrace flexibility with unanticipated overtime and bring a safety-first, collaborative mindset to every task and team suggestion.
