About The Position

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Facilities Associate within our Facilities function. This position supports the corporate office environment and is located onsite. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workplace for all employees and visitors. You will report directly to the Facilities Manager and regularly collaborate with facilities staff and office stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Dependable and reliable attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high professional standards

Nice To Haves

• One year of facilities, custodial, or maintenance experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safe handling procedures

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cafés, bathrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas in a clean and orderly condition
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces throughout the facility
• Cleaning and maintaining microwaves, refrigerators, cabinets, sinks, and countertops
• Emptying, cleaning, and relining trash and recycling receptacles
• Stocking and refilling kitchen, restroom, and café supplies including coffee items
• Cleaning restroom fixtures, mirrors, vents, water fountains, and floor drains
• Setting up and tearing down meeting rooms and collaboration spaces
• Cleaning dry erase boards and ensuring markers and supplies are available
• Monitoring the facility for environmental, safety, or maintenance concerns and reporting issues
• Disposing of expired or abandoned food from refrigerators and freezers
• Completing required training and performing other facilities-related duties as assigned
