• Move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds across park areas for various needs
• Work in outdoor weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities and property under the direction of the Landscape and Facilities Managers.
• Perform maintenance and landscaping duties as assigned such as minor construction, weed eating, mowing, painting, and blowing trails.
• Ensure equipment and tools are operational by performing routine preventative maintenance and cleaning machinery, equipment, and tools and making minor repairs as demonstrated.
• Safely operate light vehicles and machinery such as pickup trucks, tractors, riding mowers, mowers and weed eaters.
• Safety operates various types of maintenance equipment such as post augers, post drivers, portable hand tools, gasoline-operated power tools, sprayers, trimmers, chain saws, electrically operated drills, and saws.
• Inventory supplies of tools, equipment, or materials to ensure that sufficient supplies are available, and items are in usable condition.
• Maintain a Clean Environment: Participate in beginning and end-of-day cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, checking guest lockers, collecting trash, and closing access control points.
• May be assigned tasks as needed to consistently ensure guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety standards.
