Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred for tracking and reporting;
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.;
Exceptional team work skills;
Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

Fluent in Spanish is a plus;

Responsibilities

Coordination of and inspection of external vendors throughout our Cincinnati campus, specifically housekeeping;
Responsible for organizing and overall cleanliness of supply rooms, receiving rooms and other storage areas;
Facilitates new hire office and cubicle setup, and employee moves;
Primary back-up for shipping and receiving administration for the campus;
Cross trained to cover for Receptionist responsibilities as needed;
Other tasks and projects as assigned by Facilities Management team.
